Groups and events are welcome at the Cafe. Prior to booking your stay, you and our Executive Chef will discuss menu items to be chosen for your group’s 3 course meal including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.  A set menu allows staff to drastically reduce wait times and focus on your groups every need. Below is an example of a 3 course menu used for a previous group reservation.

1st Course – Choose One

Cup of Soup of the Day

House Salad  Chopped romaine, cucumber, red onion, grape tomato, mushroom, Vermont cheddar, croutons (dressings: ranch, bleu, 1000, honey-mustard, vidalia vinaigrette)

Classic Caesar Salad  Chopped romaine, shaved parmesan-reggiano, croutons, house-made dressing

2nd Course – Choose One

Grilled 10 oz. New York Strip with herb butter, Yukon gold mashed potato and asparagus

Grilled Twin 5 oz. Pork Chops in a Bourbon sauce with mac & cheese and collard greens

The Tenders  Seven hand-breaded tenders & house-made sauce with Yukon gold mashed potato and carrots

The Original Burger  Topped with lettuce, tomato, mayo, bacon & cheese, and served with fries, rings, or chips, and green beans

Loaded B.L.T.  Our classic BLT, with Vermont cheddar, and extra bacon with choice of fries, rings, or chips, and carrots

3rd Course – Choose one

Apple Cake with warm caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream

Bruleéd Poached Pear and vanilla bean ice cream
